Weddings à la Carte LLC ("Weddings à la Carte", "we") runs this website. This page explains what happens to the information you send us.

What the form collects

The Check Your Date form asks for your first name, last name, email address, phone number, wedding date, the service you are interested in, your location or venue, your approximate guest count, and a message. Only first name and email are required. We also record the page you were on and, if you arrived from an ad or campaign link, the campaign details in the link, so we know which marketing is working.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply to your inquiry, check availability for your date, and put together a quote.

Where it goes

Form submissions are sent to our customer management system (GoHighLevel), which stores them for us and lets us email, call or text you about your inquiry. The site itself is hosted on Cloudflare.

Text messages

If you tick the optional text message box, you agree to receive text messages from Weddings à la Carte about your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of service.
